Recently, we became aware that unauthorized third parties have been impersonating Soran Audio employees and business representatives, contacting YouTube content creators via unofficial email addresses under the guise of "free product testing" or "paid content collaborations." These individuals are coaxing creators to click suspicious external links in an attempt to harvest sensitive account credentials.

Following an internal investigation, we confirm that these communications and malicious links are completely unauthorized and fraudulent. Soran Audio has no connection whatsoever with these activities. We hereby issue the following advisory:

1. Our Official Contact Channels

All official business communications between Soran Audio and content creators, media outlets, and channel partners are conducted exclusively through the following addresses:

Note: Authorized regional distributors will also initiate contact strictly through their respective official channels.

2. Fraud Prevention Reminders

Soran Audio will never use Gmail, Outlook, or any other public email provider to initiate business collaborations.

Soran Audio will never request creators to submit platform usernames, passwords, or verification codes on any website outside our official domain.

Any message claiming to represent Soran Audio that does not originate from our official domain is unrelated to us. Please remain vigilant.

If you have already clicked a suspicious link or entered your account details, please immediately change your platform password, enable two-factor authentication, and contact us through our official channels to verify.

3. Actions We Have Taken

We have already reported the impersonation to the relevant platforms and filed a report with Chinese law enforcement authorities to protect our company and the rights of our creator community under applicable laws.
